Bought a Nissan elgrand 4 weeks ago. Rang after a few days to ask about a fault with the electric door not working. Spoke with Paul who told me to just see how it goes and it might settle down. Spoke on the phone with him again this morning after other faults emerged with the vehicle and to ask if there had been any previous damage i was not aware of (there is 4 faults relating to the passenger side-whixh is why I asked the question) He constantly Spoke over the top of me when I was trying to explain something, when I pointed this out to him in a bid to try and speak about the issues, he rudely said i gave you 6 month warranty and then hung up on me. I'm now trying to find a garage to look at the vehicle as it is currently not road worthy. Power steering is not working at all. I was so excited to get this car and feel really let down when I only wanted answers to a few questions and was hung up on and no further forward. I would not recommend. The before care on the run up to the sale was faultless, but as soon as there was an issue things changed. When you pay 8k for a vehicle and only want to explain a concern a little understanding wouldn't go a miss!
