States on their website that there is space where you can try the chairs even if the weather not great. I got there met a lovely lady said to her about the ones I wanted to see. She said they weren't in they were due in which I understood, We then found the other one I was looking at but I wasnt allowed to test it I had to just look at it. I was disappointed tbh as we traveled all that way, I was told about how great this mobility place is. She then said well we can come out to you which I said yes that would be better, Im not going to keep coming up and down to be turned back. She took our number said the bloke would be in touch that afternoon. It got to 3.30 we heard nothing. Hubby rang them was told hes not back yet, He will be back before 5pm he will give you a call! Well 5pm come no call went on website to find out they closed on Saturday and Sunday, so now we have to wait till Monday. I understand people are busy ect but i cant sit round waiting for a promised phone call that wont happen. I totally get that places are struggling to get powerchairs mobility aids atm but I was a potential customer.
