Just popped in, the lad was extremely helpful in finding pieces in my size and budget. He offered a more expensive piece at a knock down price and included some underlay to offset the price. They re rolled the piece so it would fit in my car. Will be coming back to use them when finishing the bedrooms in my house. Thank you

Excellent service from Jordan, when I went to the shop and explained what I was after, Jordan gave me a few different options to suit my budget. Quick and easy service after I selected the carpet I wished to order, I paid and delivery/fitting was organised for the following week on my day off. The carpet arrived and was fitted as organised. There was an issue with the carpet as it settled, I eneded up with a bump through the middle of the room, I went back to the shop and discussed this with Jordan. With no quibbles, Jordan offered to come out himself, have a look and adjust if needed. Sure enough Jordan arrived as planned, helped me move furniture that I couldn't manage to move on my own and fixed the bump. I'm absolutely over the moon with my new living room carpet and the service I received. Not every job will go to plan, however this is when a business shows their level of customer service and commitment and I was 100% satisfied with the service I received. Not to mention the price of the carpet which was by far the best around. Thanks so much Jordan, and the team. See you soon for my kitchen flooring.

Just had my carpet delivered a carpet fitters put it straight down, as promised, first fitting of the day, "Great Job" Everyone I dealt with at Carpets R Us at Dunston, a great team, very friendly, got the carpet I wanted, a t a great price = "No Hard Sell" = Yes I Would Recommend Carpets R Us @ Dunston.
