I was in buying clothing for my children on Friday and was served by a lovely lady called Zoe, she went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed and helped me at the tills. She was such a lovely person and very professional. Thank you for such a lovely experience Zoe!

Asked for some assistance as I wanted a specific size for a pair of boots at the usc side, the lady said she will get someone and i walked around for 20 minutes after waiting 10 minutes still no one attended so had to leave leaving my daughter disappointed because she really wanted the boots. If you don't want to work leave someone else might do a better job
