        Web site states in store shopping, drove to shop to find it doesnt, tried ordering by ringing number so I could collect it from branch since I was there only to find they dont have what I want in stock although website says 50+. Asked 2 lads in yard if I could use toilet and they just stared gormless at each other before I dont know the rules
