Had our car in for a repair recently and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Really quick turn around, kept up to date at every step, staff were lovely whenever I spoke to them and car returned in beautiful condition. Thank you so much

Just got my car back from FMG & I can't praise them enough. My car was damaged due to no fault of my own and the driver's side was a complete mess. From the moment I contacted the reception desk FMG Gateshead were brilliant. The lovely lady on reception (thank you Dawn!) could not have been more helpful and arranged for an immediate pick-up so that the weather didn't cause more damage. My car was collected from my house at the time they said it would be. The chief mechanic phoned me regularly to let me know the status of the repairs and the work was completed sooner than they'd estimated. When the repairs were done, my car was delivered back to me and the driver who delivered my car went through all of the work that had been carried out and made sure that I was happy with it all before he left. The quality and standard of the repair work is outstanding! (& they even gave it a thorough clean and polish inside and out before they returned it!). Thank you so much! Service: Body & Trim

I have just received my car back from FMG repairs and I can't thank them enough. My car had to go in for a non fault accident and required parts and painting. All repairs completed and some touch ups were completed as a goodwill gesture due to the situation on getting parts through no fault of FMG. I can highly recommend this company and many thanks to James for sorting everything out and Darren the driver for dropping my car off. Very professional. Service: Painting
