Please all agency staff avoid this care home by all means...they accused a friend from an agency of abusing a resident and call the police, after the investigations it was discovered that it was mare accusations and the police apologized to to him... the guy was trumatized.

Did not treat my grandma in the correct way . She was abused twice before moving out of this home

I would avoid this place at all costs. A family member was abused here on two occasions that we know of - and the police had to be involved. Luckily they have now been moved

I am so pleased my mum is away from this home She has suffered abuse twice by 2 members of agency staff, the police were involved on both occasions .. permanent members of staff saw what was going on and failed to report what they saw . These people are in a caring profession supposedly! They had a duty of care to report what they saw They have not been able to keep a manager over the last couple of years which says a lot This home is more than inadequate Please think twice before you put your loved ones in this home
