        The manager is so rude she have no manners I was asked her to get my money back for my trousers which is ripped . She refused me to give my money back she said I tried at home thats why is ripped ,the customer service is so bad in Newcastle branch please very careful when you buy anything from them I

        We always like Zara as a brand as their designs and clothes quality are not bad. However there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE in Metrocenter Zara stores dictionary. The staffs would let you wait in the queue as long as they got things in their hand, and they will not go extra miles for their customers. And if you ask a manager whether they can get someone else on the til to help, you will be told simply a rude NO.
