Ordered a few years ago, no problem at all receiving my order, ordered again this year a few scarves to take abroad with me for family as Christmas presents, they did not arrive for about 4 weeks so it was too late, I ordered 2 weeks prior to flying out hoping to have them to take with me!!! tried to contact on numerous occasions by phone and email for refunds without luck, I will never buy from this company again

I agree with all the reviews and feedback left by previous users. The phone number listed on the website is never answered, no matter what time of day you try. I sent several e-mail requests chasing my order and none of them were answered. It was worrying not to get in touch with anyone and no update or reply whatsoever to repeated e-mail requests asking for an order update. I had even contacted my bank and explored option to dispute transaction. Goods finally arrived in 3 weeks and Scarves that I had ordered were really nice. It would be nice for this company to have some customer service standards as lack of response or an update can often make buyers worried. I have received my goods and I shall not use this company again.

Wish I could actually give a rating but I arrived at 15:00 and although it states 17:00 as closing time the door was locked. Very disappointed as I have been waiting over a month to have the time to get here

Do not buy from this company . They do not refund for returned goods, even if you can prove they have been returned. They delete post from their facebook account and only leave positive comments. Dreadful customer service. BEWARE

No one picks up the phone, poor communication ...... still waiting for exchange. Wouldnt recommend.
