Christian and Adam provided one of the very best buying experiences Ive had in years when purchasing my new Oris Aquis Calibre 400 watch at the Metro Centre in Gateshead. These guys were brilliant and a credit to Fraser Hart. Highly recommended.

EDITED as Im absolutely heart broken with the quality of jewellery purchased and customer service since this visit. The day after my fianc and I visited Fraser Hart to pick wedding rings and get my engagement ring professionally cleaned (after wearing my engagement ring for only 6 months) one of the diamonds fell out. I returned the ring to store, where I was told it would take a maximum of 3-4 weeks to be sent away and fixed. I was told someone would call me, I heard nothing for 4 weeks so decided to call the store, where I was told someone would call me back, after two days of hearing nothing I called again and explained the situation, to be told there was a problem sourcing the diamond and it would be another 3 weeks!! When expressing how upset I was with the situation the lady replied well you know we are repairing it for free insinuating I should be grateful. the ring was only 6 months old and diamond fell out a day after being cleaned by the store! Incredibly upset and disappointed I was supposed to hear from Fraser Hart about collecting my ring 3 days ago I heard nothing so decided to call again. I have now been told my engagement ring wont be fixed for another 6-8 weeks!! Im absolutely heart broken that such a special time is being ruined due to this issue. We have paid the deposit for my partners wedding band and unfortunately are cutting our losses with it and having to find another jewellers and wedding band to avoid anymore stress with this company. I am so incredibly upset and disappointed with the lack of service from Fraser Hart. My fianc and I visited to look at wedding bands. Adam was really friendly and helpful, he talked us through the different rings, with no pressure at all to buy. We were offered tea and coffee while trying rings on and Adam very kindly cleaned my engagement ring. We were very happy with the customer service and purchased both of our wedding rings.

It was our first visit to the store today as we were looking for a specific piece of jewellery that only Fraser Hart stock, the staff were very friendly and offered refreshments while assisting with our query, and although they didn't have the jewellery in stock they ordered it for us and got everything sorted very quickly, I would definitely recommend this company if you need help looking for a special item.l, the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable too.

I was served by Shirley who was really nice and very helpful. She also had a loupe (small magnifier) and that helped view the item better. Other competitors didn't offer this, and it made a difference as Fraser Hart got the sale.

We came to Fraser Hart to purchase a watch for my husbands 40th birthday. Adam was super helpful and friendly. I was so impressed with his knowledge. Adam acknowledged us as soon as we walked in to the shop and made us feel really special. Thank you Adam!
