        Turned up for a viewing, nobody showed up after half an hour of waiting.

        If I could rate 0 stars I would - I turned up to view a property with a viewing I confirmed on the day. I turned up at 4:50pm on 24th Feb and after 5 minutes no one arrived. I called Daniel Craig Residential to ask if someone was on their way, the man said theyd ring me back as soon as possible. Another 10 minutes went by and still no call or still no-one showed up, and I tried rining back again and then the office number was closed so I left a voicemail with the out of hours number. Another couple arrived for a viewing and we were both outside in the cold / rain. 25 minutes we spent waiting for them to arrive and no one rang back or turned up. Shame as the house looked nice. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Would AVOID this letting agency in future.
