        Initial assessment with Ryan went really well. Very professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease. After a thorough ROM examination, Ryan demonstrated exercises to help with my range of motion and some tips for home and work. Next session in two weeks and I believe it will help my lower back pain. The clinic is really clean, private and a nice comfortable set up. Free parking right outside too. I would happily recommend The Performance Clinic and Ryan.
