        Went to get something fixed, charged me over 800 quid to fix it. Theres me thinking oh it should be sorted. A month later the noise came back, went to the garage and theyre like oh its fine. And because they only checked, they wont charge me lol. I went to my usual garage after and told me whats actually going on. Dont recommend this place.

        Anyone who has used Great North Auto Centre in the past, I highly recommend you find a new garage. They basically lied to us that our car had failed its MOT, and charged 830 for parts and labour. And they've now lied to trading standards saying we agreed to health check on the car and then to the work being done. Peter categorically said to my wife that the car had failed its MOT, that's why we agreed to the work.
