        Excellent repair, laptop had been dropped Acer Aspire 5 broken screen replacement, SSD + RAM upgrade and Windows 10 update, running faster and looks like new. Would definitely recommend.

        Very pleased with the work. I had a broken fan in my beloved Thinkpad W520 and was struggling to find a spare part. I decided to give it a last try before getting a new one. IT Fix Direct managed to source the part from Germany and got it fixed quickly, with very reasonable cost. I also received a follow up message from them, asking if all runs fine. Highly recommended!
