I came into Amy's depot in Low Fell for a few tyres and I found that the service was absolutely brilliant from speaking to Amy initially and Gabi and then Rob and Sam it was absolutely brilliant couldn't fault that's why I'm giving her five stars

Excellent service the lads and lasses are great down side no coffee machine and not much parking space but the staff and service received were 2nd to none defo recommend

I cannot recommend these guys & girls enough! This was my second visit in a few weeks and the response & service has been incredible. As a female, I have very little knowledge of cars & how they work (not at all ashamed to say so) but I will say that with the service I've had from this place I need never worry again! Thank you for all your help, advice and observance on my vehicle. I will be recommending you to anyone looking for a decent overhaul & repair. Thanks again to you all!

Very poor service. So I booked my car in for a Saturday morning as I work away during the week. Had the email confirmation and was all set until I got a phone call off a woman called Amy saying the tyres I ordered weren't in stock. I was already on my way to the garage so wasn't best pleased. I asked them to chase it up and received a call from Amy stating they had been told the c tyres would be there for around 230pm so to come for 3pm. I arrived for 3pm to then be told the tyres hadn't arrived so understandably I wasn't happy, asked why didn't they phone me beforehand instead of me making the trip? I asked for them to contact the supplier and see what's happening, they said they couldn't get hold of anyone and that "all agents were busy". In addition they asked me if I wanted a summer tyre which wasn't what I was after as I originally ordered all season tyres. Finally I was told "there's nothing more they can do" and didn't seem bothered in the slightest. I did contact customer service to complain but they weren't interested, they really have to up their game. Overall a very poor service from start to finish and isn't even worth 1 star but can't give zero. Decided to go Kwik fit down the road and these were excellent from start to finish so I urge anyone that values customer service to use Kwik fit from now on and avoid National Tyres.
