Nurtured Care Head Office

Nurtured Care have just taken over looking after my aunt. Rachel and Caitlyn are her main carers and they are doing an excellent job in taking care of her. They are cheerful and happy doing their job and my aunt is extremely happy with what they do for her. Thank you, Rachel and Caitlyn.

Left my grandparent over 2 hours from someone saying they be there at a certain time. When someone's phoned there attitude is appalling so I phoned for them to put phone down so as I phone back have voiced raised causing a bit of confrontation on phone. Carers come haven't a clue what they are doing not even washed patient as flannel was on side and had him screaming. Do not recommend at all. Head office nothing but rude!

Very disappointed to see another recent review highlighting all of the same problems that we had with this company. Apparently it's okay to bully the elderly to tears in their own home and still keep your job with this lot.... they lie about your complaints and then do nothing....if you are looking for a care company for your loved one then stay away from Nurtured Care! The 'good' reviews on here have been posted mainly by staff and relatives of the owners. Just about everyone in the office is related to each other so all they do is cover each other's backs when things go wrong and nothing is ever investigated properly. It is shocking what they seem to get away with.

I don't know how this company is still allowed to provide a service disgusting! They are so unprofessional I have to many issues to include in this. I had a carer wallk out twice, without any consequence, the management didnt even have the decency to ring to see if I was ok. This was the last issue in a long list, there has been about.80% of staff didn't wear masks when they were supposed to, when I challenged this the response was 'ah I don't need to wear 1 in, here!' 'The way they 'spoke about clients was disgusting, a lot of the carers would call them names, and confientality didnt exist.There has been staff drunk, young staff coming straight off a night out all operating machinery. The amount of carers that had false nails, was too many to mention, the worst offenders were related.to the owner, so if you did complain nothing ever happened. The office staff were very rude especially Arron, maria is false, she's nice when talking to you but doesn't care about the very people they're supposed to care about. It is very much a favouritism culture if you are related to the owner or if your face fits. I feel sorryi for the few carers who actually want to make a difference because from what ive heard and experiaced training doesnt really exist, its all about the money. Please read this before thinking about this care company i would definitely think twice about leaving your loved ones in their care-
