        Not worth booking online they will call you next morning saying theres no vans . Dont know might be just for foreigners or something. If u book from Europ car Gateshead make sure you dont make plans because they will f your plans

        They have taken money off my card without my consent, after 40 mins of being on hold and speaking to various departments, I was promised a call back from a manager. Which never I never received!!!

        Got a car with an automatic gearbox instead of the manual it was supposed to be. However, the staff were all friendly and helpful, even going as far as contacting the insurance company paying for the courtesy car to arrange a convenient time and date for me to return the car.
