        I am really disappointed with the attitude of a member of staff at this shop, after telling me she has numerous years experience in retail her people skills are none existent!! I have had to accept a credit note as there was no way of reasoning with this person. I will be contacting Trading Standards as there was no notice up in the shop stating no refunds were given just credit notes, when I asked where the notice was stating the shops procedure she then produced the notice from under the counter!!! Also I was not made aware at the time of ordering the outfit of the shops policy. Unfortunately I cannot post this review without giving a star rating so I have clicked one star but that is only out of necessity.

        There was an excellent choice of Communion dresses and the assistant was helpful and extremely patient with a picky 9 year old. If there had been a changing room I'd have given the 5th star.
