I bought a machine at 307 from these guys and the embroidery stitches didnt work, so I sent it back, then they said it had been dropped (obviously in transit back to their company, not by me)
They said it couldnt be fixed and there was nothing they could do.
I had to get trading standards involved and luckily PayPal had me covered and I got my money back.
Dishonest deceiving company.
