The place doesnt help you at all, sent on a wild goose chase to sort a loan am in desperate need of. Think you should tell everyone when theyre asking a question everything that is needed to loan in a phone. For example, inform me about the ID you need, inform that the phone has to be able to charge INSTANTLY. The phone is fully charged what do you need the phone for if Im literally coming back in a week to pay it back off? Do you snoop through the phones?? Why would you need my phone able to charge? When I know fine well it charges cause how else would I show an on screen. Think we were sent out the shop about 3times collecting things they forgot to tell us about, yeah probably a little exaggerated but can yous be more clear. Cause now Im in trouble since your rules are so stupid. Cost of living, no one helps you, worlds gone mad. No wonder the place is basically always empty. Couldve got yourselves an extra 50+ if yous just took the offer. Not think you should do all the checks on the phone first before sending people out to then tell them no. Now we cant even get back into the iCloud on my phone since he made me sign out of that first, then to charge it afterwards? Your system is terrible. Wont ever be back. ALL ME CONTACTS AND EVERYTHING GONE

Very helpful and polite staff. Store is very organised and the ladies I was talking to yesterday went above and beyond to show me all the rings they had at the front of the store.
