        Been waiting more than 8 days now for results terrible customer service cant phone them ..just a branch run by cowboys to make money

        Booking online was straight forward for 3 children, arrived 45 minutes earlier than appointment time and all 3 were seen straight away, in and out within 5 minutes. Appointment time was 5pm and results were emailed to me the following day just after 2pm. Highly recommend.

        DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We booked express testing for our flight from the UK to USA. We paid extra to assure the results came back on time. THE TESTS DID NOT COME BACK ON TIME. The lab messed up our order and sent our results 2 hours after the plane left. 3000 dollars down the drain, wasted time and energy. We will see them in court.

        I booked the Day 2 PCR with the Gateshead branch and found the process straight forward. No confusing apps to download or complicated processes, just straight forward and well explained. Plus you can easily view your results through logging in on the website. About the test itself: I took my QR code email and passport to the test centre and didn't have to wait for long as there was only one person cueing in front of me. There's great attention paid to social distancing and PPE on site which gave me peace of mind. The swab sample itself only took a few minutes. The employee explained all steps ahead of taking the sample and explained that the results would be there by 10pm the following night. In the end, I didn't even have to wait that long for the results as they arrived in the afternoon of the following day. The results certificate is well structured and self-explanatory too which I found to be a bonus. Unlike another provider I used in the summer (which ended up charging the full amount for my wife's day 2 test but never delivered a result!), ExpressTest actually stuck to every promise they made on quality and speed :) Would definitely use this company again! A+
