Had our gas fire fitted by Dave from the original shop approximately 10 years ago, over recent years have had annual service, most recently last Monday 28th November. Steve was brilliant and very efficient, unfortunately this morning (Saturday) went to light the fire and it wouldn't ignite. Rang the showroom on the Team Valley and Gary came straight away and sorted the problem. I would highly recommend Blazes, Thanks guys for sorting our problem I

Having visited 3 fireplace showrooms in the Gateshead area today with my 90 year old mother who wants a new fireplace, Blazes was most definitely the least helpful, least accommodating and unfriendly.
