Not happy with UPS..... no notification of the day of delivery, very rude delivery driver. He arrived on Wednesday (2.2.2022) when I wasn't well and couldn't find my keys to open the door. Despite asking him through the window to leave it next door, he refused and took the parcel away. I had to try , while unwell, to rearrange delivery to Friday (4.2.2022) and was told it was successful. Upon checking today - Friday 4.2.2022 - the website says 'Delivery rescheduled' but no mention of it being on the van for delivery.... Surprise, surprise, it arrived, which is good, but nothing to indicate it was on the van.... how is this company still operating when they are so bad at updating their tracking so people can check on their delivery? Chronic, I would NEVER use this company, but have no say when a parcel is sent out by a supplier via UPS. (Utterly Poor Service)
