Absolutely disgusting, my cats have come home stinking. They have never touched the beds I took for them and my carriers were in a disgusting state, they should have been the same as when I dropped the cats off which makes me think they've been in them the whole time. Never again, the poor things.

As previously stated in the review from Yvonne last month. My cats were also traumatised and spent the day back at home skulking around and scared out of their wits. They stunk when I picked them up, not of cat wee, just of general overcrowded/unclean cat smells. Their carriers and cushions were smelly too and one of the carriers appeared to have been hosed down the morning I picked up the cats but it was still muddy - wasn't like that when they went. One of my cats even climbed into the bath for a drink and she's never done that before - there's a water fountain in the kitchen so I reckon she really wanted a bath I will not use this service again and would recommend others to steer clear too

My cat was traumatised when I got her home and everything including her cat carrier was covered in cat wee, her blanket, her toys I left for her, everything stunk of cat wee, they wouldn't let me see where Bella was going to be staying, quite frankly I shouldn't of left her there and will never use them again
