Appalling customer service I wanted to browse the store for a bit, and saw a few items with good deals so I grabbed them. They slipped out of my hands and landed at the feet of an Asian staff member, dressed in all black. I quickly picked them up but they fell again because it was too bulky. I was beside her and she literally just stood there, not bothering to offer me any help the entire time or offer a basket to carry the items. I could see that she saw the situation and didn't do anything. Also later when I asked about the price of a product that is out of stock online, she looked visibly annoyed as if I shouldn't have asked. Appalling how someone like this could be hired for a customer service position when there's plenty who would've done well just by having basic human decency.

Love the product and I would shop here more if the company didn't force the staff to pester customers. Just trying to pick some new tea and get approached 3 times, then once you're at till it's always a hard sell on signing up for a loyalty card. The staff in this shop are polite and do their jobs well so it would be nice if they were trusted enough to be a little less scripted and more authentic. I've never left an H&B shop in any location without feeling mildly harrassed, sometimes you just want to browse in peace and get served quickly
