This shop always stinks of cigarettes smoke. The owner is quite rude and unpleasant to deal with.

Stole my parcel and nothing you can do about it. Thieves. The guy in there is rude and plays a victim. Don't ever use this shop for deliveries and don't give them your money. Disgusting people. No accountability. Poor businessman and poor business. Steer well clear. There's a better shop 2 mins down the road. Have reported to trading standards for investigation as seems that this isn't the first time. Lady in front of me had the same issue. They will only give you your packages if they like you or feel like it. Refused to even give me proof that he had returned my parcel to sender. Wouldn't surprise me if this lot were stealing the packages and flogging them for a profit elsewhere. Shady shady business

Worse experience every had when collecting my parcels wont be using it again Please avoid this shop staff behavior totally unacceptable apparently I dont know what a bar code is when try to blame me for it when wasnt mine or seller fault or they fault was hermes fault not updating click and click barcode trying giving them bar code number there were having none of it please avoid this shop at ALL COSTS hope you close down soon
