I had a session with David 3 weeks ago to help quit smoking and, I haven't touched a cigarette since! I did have some small cravings but David gave me tools to work through these and, I have to say it has been pretty easy so far with his help! I am definitely an ex smoker now and won't be looking back thanks to David x

Cant recommend or thank Dr David Postlethwaite enough for helping me,, started to feel so much better 2/3 days after seeing him & Ive continued to feel better & better as each day passes, wished Id of went sooner but better late than never, really cant thank him enough for helping me
