Unfortunately not very pleasent experience, very poor costumer service.
Everything we ask was a problem and the attitude was very grumpy.
They where closing at 3pm, we where served at 2.20pm but you could already feel like they don't care about customers and want to close ASAP.
Almost nothing left on the menu, no paninis or toasties they had only sandwiches in bun left, when I ask if they can toast my sandwiches I was told you can't toast them buns for real??
The soup of the day was nice, but once again when I ask 20min before they closed if I can get one more soup for my doughter, they said kitchen is already closed
When I said it will take 2min in microwave to heat it up, they stated without even checking with kitchen there is no soup left
If you close kitchen at 2.30 you should make this clear to customers, don't say you are open till 3 but you don't want to serve people.
Generally I would send full front team for Customer service training could be very beneficial for them
