I got a kitchen fitted about a year before they closed. I've had a few issues with it now I've got nowhere to contact anyone. It wasn't the cheapest quote we had but we decided to go with them, not the best to be far the plinths keep coming loose, not happy

Visited this store today to enquire about a shower enclosure. The price I had been quoted was over 1000 compared to 500 in other stores. As a young girl, in my decorating clothes, I was then told by the patronising older gentlemen, 'This shops was probably not in my price range and to go elsewhere...' before he then started talking to a colleague and ignoring my second question. Rude and disrespectful, especially coming from a sales man. That shower enclosure was for one of three of my bathrooms (the ensuite to my spare room) never judge a book by its cover...

We Got a new bathroom fitted on 2nd Nov 2015, it was a full fit ie: Bath, sink, shower,toilet, fully tiled walls and floor, electrics, and can honestly say they did a fantastic job, the fitters Kevin and Phil were brilliant, did everything professionally as expected, brought an out of date bathroom well and truly into the 21st century. We must not forget Michael our first point of contact , and through out the refit, was totally professional but down to earth, knowledgable, always given good advice. Cannot praise them enough, would highly recommend and use again. Richard & Sharon Carter-Cummings
