Not FENSA approved window and doors installers. The cost of 8 anthracite windows, 2 doors and refurbishment of the bathroom paid to the trader has been refunded in full by our bank after providing plenty of photographic and video evidence of the shoddiest workmanship I have ever seen. All windows and doors have been professionally replaced by another company. The bathroom is currently being refitted. Empire walked off without finishing the jobs. The work they undertook was completely out of their depth. They failed to complete it to any acceptable standard. I would never ever recommend them to anybody. AVOID.

What was meant to be a simple job took a bit of a turn when we discovered some really major damp, but the folks at Empire took it all in their stride, re evaluated what needed to be done and worked around their other bookings to get it the extra work done as speedily as they could. Brilliant communication and service throughout, despite an old house bringing up extra surprises at every turn! Can't reccomend them enough.
