There's never a good time for a windscreen crack to appear. Arranging an appointment is where the website lets Autoglass down. My local Autoglass had no appointments available before 1pm. This was fine since I already had some work booked in for the morning, so I chose an afternoon to evening slot. The appointment window I selected covered several hours beginning 2pm.
The booking confirmation doesn't come through until the following day. This asked me to drop the vehicle off 2 hours sooner than I'd requested. This was a huge inconvenience. The SMS support couldn't help nor could the local Autoglass centre when I called. Suggesting I cancel the booking or proceed at the allocated time.
