Good apartment, but the company never refunds a refundable deposit. Fake office address in the UK. You guys should desist from reaping customers off their hardearned money.

It's awesomely good and enjoyed. Thanks for all your great and warm support. We take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped us to stay here safe and secure. Without all your kind and cooperative support, we cannot assume the days how it would be. We are all the way packing and vacating this place, but i expect to see you in my later path. Thanks again. We stayed at the Horsley Road house in Birmingham. The house was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Getting in was a breeze and the house was large and clean. The kitchen was amazing, but we found the refrigerator to be too small. We had a group of 7 and were planning on doing our own cooking so only having a mini fridge to store food was inconvenient. Also, the kitchen could use some more larger pots and pans, but local family supplied us with some so we were ok. The internet works great and was very reliable and the smart TV allowed us to watch movies and other entertainment. The home warmed up nicely and the thermostat was easy to use. There was no toilet paper at all in the house when we arrived and we made that known and within 2 hours someone came and dropped off toilet paper and other supplies. We did have one of the toilets break during our stay and no one came out to fix it which was disappointing. having that toilet out of commission meant most had to go all the way downstairs to go to the bathroom. I do wish someone would have come to fix it. The location of this house is outside of Birmingham and a 15-20 min or more Uber drive into town, but it is in a good neighborhood and there is a grocery/department store with in walking distance. This home is new so there were no games, cards, menus, etc like you find in a lot AirBNBs but it was large, clean, and beautiful inside. This home is close to being amazing just needs a bigger fridge and a little better communication from Luke Stays for taking care of situations like broken toilets. Though a shout out to Aaron he was great and very helpful to us. All said, this rental felt a little like home by the end of the week which is a great compliment and we would definitely stay there again when we come to Birmingham.

Lovely experience with great accommodation which is looked after very nice and easy booking and the staff were great help when I needed them so I would highly recommend them
