        Its taken over a year to even attempt to get multiple health problems sorted have had to go private with some of the problems and they have even had to pester them to get basic things like blood tests done . Ive had to live with these health problems for over a year now and still no closer to being resolved

        I had an appointment with the pharmacist on Thursday 12 January 2023 1:40pm I waited for 35 minutes and hadnt been seen, I went to the reception to ask why this was but reception was busy so I left as I had another appointment elsewhere, I have heard nothing from the surgery since Ive tried ringing the surgery but when I do get through I am put on hold for a short time then I get cut off this has happened to me on numerous occasions so I gave up trying to ring them,I am looking for another doctors surgery at the moment as I have no confidence in Fell cottage any more ,

        It has come to something when you have to ring around pharmacies to find out where you can obtain your medicine after being told by surgery that it is not in stock and therefore you can't get it. Thank you to Boots in Eldon Square for keeping the last bottle until I had collected the prescription from surgery.
