        Bought an expensive stair carpet a few years ago with 20 years guarantee which faded after two years even though it was polypropylene. Complained and they refused to help or do anything at all. Passed the buck to the manufacturer who also was useless. Just ripped it up & cloud 9 underlay which I bought is only on 6 steps with cheap unbranded stuff on the other 7. The gripper rods which I paid for are also off cuts off other jobs instead of a full length. One step kept coming loose when it was first laid which they came out for and now I know why.

        Lovely shopping experience loads of different carpets with an excellent range of prices only downside is the fitters are lazy he wouldn't carpet my second bedroom because of the American fridge freezer he wanted to cut the carpet around the fridge freezer even though I offered to lift the fridge freezer so he could side the carpet under
