I wouldn't recommend this company on the grounds that Geordie left my bathroom unfinished. It is now a year since we had GM Heating Services fit a new bathroom. We were promised he would return to complete the job. This has not happened and now he is ignoring our attempts to contact him. Such a shame for what would've been a beautiful bathroom.

Were recommended this company by our builders (they were brilliant, the builders that is) to re plumb and install our bathroom. Firstly showed up a week later than promised - ok perhaps I got the start date wrong but I dont tend to especially when we are dependent on dates as we had a new baby and keeping her away from these works would be a priority. Start came and all appeared to be going well, I had to work away for a few days and on my return I found the bathroom replastered as was in the agreement but not as expected and the quality wasnt that great but was promised they would fix it. Ok thats fine As the job went on I noticed small errors such as no isolating valves on the bath so if there is ever a leak I have to shut off all the hot water until a proper plumber arrives, cutting the new SVP branch too short which then impeded the route of the extraction duct that was being installed for the new kitchen below. However the builders got around it They tiled and installed the bath (badly it turned out later) on the final day they presented us with the bill which was fine plus any extra materials which is fine also. I thought I would pay when next online paying the builders and others as this was part a much bigger project. After 24 hours the tiles on the floor the grout started breaking away, the shower screen leaked, the bath wasnt level and I noted a cracked tile that had been filled with silicone. I texted Geordie and told him of the grout which he promised to fix so taken at his word we paid but held back a small percentage about 500 and told him we would pay the balance on adequate completion. After numerous ignored texts and phone calls we had to get others in to redo the tiling who found the original installation laughable and extremely poor quality they completed the job brilliantly New shower screen had to be installed as they had not even fitted the original one correctly and ruined it while attempting All in all cost us over 1200 to put it right Avoid, save your money
