Having been sent a letter to attend a hearing test to check hearing and hearing aids my husband booked an appointment at the Metro Centre branch. He works nightdhift do had to get out of bed to drive 10 miles to attend. On arrival he was told the appointment had been made for technical support and not a hearing test. The person he spoke to was very rude and condescending. Telling my husband he should have explained he needed a hearing test_ he did. Didn't need one anyway as hadn't been 2 years since last check_ it was. Then made lots of unhelpful and rude comments. Joseph you need customer service training.
