        Appt system is rubbish. If I can book an appt with dentist or optician why on earth do I have to ring doctor at 8 am.

        Im a care home manager had an emergency at work so missed the call. Told to rebook so have to try to get through again tomorrow. The appointment system their is absolutely disgusting. So much for caring about your patients!
