I bought double bed from Durham bed i wait al must 6 weeks and bed just been arriving and thats really not comfortable at all so hard material and ask for change another one they not responded to change and not help me at all they says to me you have to buy another one one you have it we return or refund because corona viruses we cant do thats i even want to speak to manager they told me you talk manager as well he will says to no as-well i not happy at all because they are not honest business and I paid 300 for bed plus 25 delivery this us cost me 325 wit very bed quality and bed i ready they policy says return or refund in 14 days i just had 3 days but they not refund me and not changing for me they are very rud on the phone not kind at all Not recommended

Customer service deserves the 5 star rating. Staff in store were knowledgeable & helpful, providing lots of product information without being pushy. The 2 gents who delivered my new guest bed yesterday were polite, friendly & very professional. Thank you to all.

Shocking customer services will do everything not to give you a refund 10 weeks for a bed still not received ..25 compensation !!! No please can I have a refund .... keep away I wish I read reviews on there other shop websites all true
