This store must have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a chair for my mother but unfortunately she didn't get to see or sit in it before she past way. Phoned the store to ask if I returned it could I have a PART refund because it had not been sat on and could be sold again. His answer was NO, not sorry for your loss or it's not company policy just the one word NO. The gentleman working in the store is definitely in the wrong trade and should not be working with the general public. Avoid the store at all costs if you value manners and good customer service. If I could have given no stars I would of!

New furniture purchased for home. Good quality products and delivered earlier than expected Positive interaction and communication with staff Easy process overall and highly recommend to all.

Great service to our family over the years. My parents, sister, and neice along with my wife and I have bought sofa's, wardrobes, beds and cabinets over many years from Shicote Furniture. We've always felt ist was a friendly place with decent bproducts at great prices plus honest and helpful advice. Their delivery service has been fine each time and none of the products have given us any problems so we'll contiune to shop there so long as this is the case.
