My wife and I were trying to book our Covid booster online and couldn't get anywhere in our own area for weeks. Dunston Health Centre came up as one of the alternative sites and as it was only 20 minutes away we booked our slots with only a few days to wait. The site was well signposted, plenty of parking, and even though we got there well before our appointed time my wife went to ask if we had to wait and she was told we could go straight in. I have difficulty walking but when my wife mentioned this one of the staff, Suzanne, she brought a wheelchair to our car ("You're lucky...it's Wheelchair Friday!") helped me in and pushed me straight to the reception to check in. All the the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional! After our boosters Suzanne got me back to the car again. All in all all we were totally impressed with the whole process, and the caring professionalism of all the staff we met.
