Ordered a Penny Post Cheese Please box on 1st April to be delivered on the 6th for a relatives Birthday and it has still not arrived. (9th April) no email address on the site I can find only phone number and they are closed. Really disappointed

My partner ordered 2 hampers as Christmas presents for his family, expected delivery date came and went. Alternative presents had to be purchased on Christmas eve. Finally on the 3rd of January we receive an email saying the products were out of stock and a refund would be issued. Terrible customer service and will avoid this company in the future.

Have used these guys for a few years, generally ok but always have issues with their website. When going to the help chat, the help was in short supply. Regrettably wont use again. Strongly advise to upgrade website so more user friendly.
