Rang up on Monday, was very nice on the phone as we needed to get a quote to repair a part of our car someone had hit through the night. Took it down the next day for a quote and went smoothly, took all my details and told me they would email a quote. Waited till Wednesday and still hadn't heard anything so I rang back and they said I would definitely have it by the afternoon due to some technical difficulties. It's now Friday, I still haven't had a quote, not even a phone call to apologise or explain what is taking so long, I wanted to give them the benefit that there might have been some problems with the computers but the fact now they haven't even rang me, or when I rang on Wednesday if they had a quote ready to send me, and the reason I hadn't recieved it was due to the computers, why couldn't they tell me over the phone? Doesn't do them any favours and just makes it look like they forgot and didn't really care about having my service at their business. Won't be going back and won't recommend to family and friends, went somewhere else this morning, got a quote there and then and already have the repair booked in for next week, so turns out it isn't actually that hard to do! How can this place get it wrong then?!
