        Bought a pair of Calloway pull on trousers and also shorts. They arrived within 3 days and are perfect- great service. Its so hard to find ladies golf clothing thats not just Green Lamb - will buy again from Eureka

        Great customer service. I purchased a pair of golf shoes in the spring from Eureka, which was my first from them. The price was the most competitive in the UK for a sub 200 model. The service was speedy, next day. All was well and good. Unfortunately the shoes did not live up to expectations. I contacted Eureka explaining the design fault (water ingress). Eureka took care of the issue and, to my complete joy, resulted in a full refund within a couple of weeks. I read the harsh comment below on a similar issue and I am sure that poor customers email must have been lost in the ether, because I had the complete opposite experience. Great customer service! Thank you Eureka Golf!
