terrible service. i have tried calling for weeks and no one answers the phone. if they do they hang up on you.

Do not attend this clinic if you expect to be treated like a human being, my vet treats my dog with more respect after over 64 calls to make appointment I told nurse I was exempt she said staff would wear extra PPE, then appointment was cancelled with a few hours notice, I turned up next day for rearranged appointment and the extremely unprofessional rude completely unempathetic receptionist asked for me to mask up, explained I was exempt She actually looked me up and down!! Before stating its a requirementIm exempt, have card if you really want to see itshe then said well a card you order off the internet means nothing?!exactly?! Left me sitting for 20 mins then she went into see nurse, told her Id refused to wear mask! Id lateral flowed tested myself before attending have been triple jabbed.and Im exempt. Nurse came through and refused treatment said she wanted a letter from my Gp that doesnt exist and to go see the hospital..,instead!! Wow Nurse Marie your lack of care towards patients needs is the only thing that is outstanding about you and your service! Believe every comment written hereany good ones must be fraudulent??
