Served by Tinnie today, she was impressed by my 3 year old's behaviour - she should have seen her an hour later. Excellent customer service, attentive and kind hearted, the majority of floor staff all over the world could learn a lot from her.

What a great experience to see what it's like behind the scenes and be the one who gets to make the ingredients. I have a few thoughts on how it could have been more engaging, like if we had been able to be a part of the essential oil mixing/made the powders up ourselves or if there had been more information given about the ingredients/a space with chairs. However, there is information available online about the bath bombs I discovered afterwards. The fact that this was a free ticketed event was even better, making it accessible to all walks of life. There were two people leading the workshop who were both lovely, great sense of humour and open to questions/delivered the workshop at a good pace. I was part of the 1 - 2pm workshop on the 29th. On the card I was given it only has one of their names which is a shame as they were both brilliant! Would recommend. Was even given a gift bag with a free sample of a face mask to try as well as advice on how to preserve this. Thank you Lush

My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience working with Alice to create a pair Galactic Bath Bombs. I described them as Jupiter's more extrovert cousin. Alice was friendly, helpful, caring and a credit to the company. She made my wife feel very special. Many thanks.
