Rude receptionists Appointments cancelled several times on the day of appointment. One month waiting time for simple blood test. On average 500 calls need to be made in the morning to get through appointment line in the morning. Very poor service

Most of the doctors and reception staff are lovely. However, I dealt with a GP today who didn't have any knowledge about the issues I consulted about and provided me with basic advice which I already knew. I could easily read stuff off google too, but I thought I would get some proper medical advice, but wasted my time instead. Why be in a role if you don't know what you're doing and what makes it worse is that patients rely on you for better care. Also, this particular GP (PB) is not empathetic and rude. If you're in a service like this, the least you can do is be more empathetic and compassionate rather acting like I woke you up from your sleep.

I am a patient for this Practice. I confirm it is the worst GP in the North East England I can not get through the phone as it always busy sign. I am in stress how is it always busy. Nowadays everything is done by phone specially appointments if the phone is always busy how can you get an appointment? I would not recommend this surgery to my worst enemy. Beware folks.
