Dealt with Doug. Had problem drive shaft , he was extremely helpful and the turn around for the drive shaft was fantastic , would definitely recommend and use them again , and thanks again to Doug.

So, so impressed, CPS were helpful and communicative throughout. I sent them 2 x very rusty, leaking grease and generally knackered Cayman S Driveshafts (1,000 new, each). I got back 2 nicely painted driveshafts, with replaced end cans, new boots and grease. It took 2 weeks and for some reason they even gave me a discount because they felt they only serviced, not fully refurbished them. Very recommended.

Had the mechanic call CPS for a quote; 2 bearings and 3 u joints for a propshaft which was 190+vat. Took it in and I was told guys will check and give me a call which they did; 240+vat. When asked why is more expensive I was told that it's just a basic price. Next day went to collect it and realized they changed 2 bearings and 2 u joints. Receptionist was very abrupt "picking up or dropping" both days looked like he's had a rough night. Very bad customer service, it'll be. 0 if possible to score that. Not sure about their competition, if they do have I would not use CPS. Job itself looks alright, prop shaft has not been fitted on the van yet so can't speak more about it.
