        Really lovely and lush so very clean and well-maintained beautiful i was very lucky to visit someone living in there it just give me the wow factor the hall ways are so clean and the lifts aswell never see anything close to this for such a very high quality standard

        Prices of apartments are falling, but m a ny of the original facilities have been withdrawn. Monthly maintenance charges are expensive.

        Two parts make up the whole. You have the residential care home as well as the over 55's privately bought block of apartments. Building and apartments are beautiful and well cared for. Used to be a lot of service's onsite such as a restaurant, a hairdressers, a cinema, a gym but unfortunately I think these disappeared long before covid probably due to lack of use.
