        Terrible service, been having leaks, mould and water damage and it hasn't been fully fixed for years plus no one answers your calls, there's usually a large queue on the phone of 15 people and it usually cuts you off before you can speak to anyone

        Gateshead council repairs shocking 2 years for my shower to be fixed still not done waiting on claire to make contact with me want hold my breath as fir the works planers God help us chimmy un safe send work men 2 days before scaffolding is put up now waiting till June for that job kitchen floor moves was down as a emergence still waiting
