I have used Lambert, Taylor and Gregory for many years, they have acted for me on every purchase and sale I have made. I have always found them to be friendly, courteous and above all professional. Unlike many solicitor they crack on and get the job done as swiftly as possible. I have recommended many people to them who have all been very happy with the service they receive. I usually use the Corbridge office but on the occasion I have been to Gateshead they have always been great as well. You wont be disappointed with this firm.

We recently used this company for property conveyancing and dealt with Michael McGowan who was absolutely amazing despite having several factors working against us. We had a very tight time frame in which to complete before our mortgage offer expired and he worked tirelessly chasing my buyers' useless solictors, like a shark with a really beautiful Irish accent. He always kept me up to date about what was happening and did his best to calm me down when it looked like it might not complete in time. Thankfully it did thanks to Michael, who was the only solicitor in the chain who actually seemed to take the situation seriously. Couldn't recommend this company enough.
